I'm lazy but want to try to get rid of the cold. Is there any super easy method?

I often hear people say that they think the concept of expelling cold is great, but they are too lazy to do it.

All things are difficult at the beginning. I understand very well that it takes a lot of faith and determination to start a habit, so when you start, all the steps should be as simple as possible. Here I share some lazy beginner's ideas, hoping that more people can give it a try to get rid of the cold.

1. Soak your feet for 10 minutes without changing the water

Many people think that soaking feet is troublesome because they have to change the water, add water, and pour water. So the goal is to keep it as simple as possible and start soaking your feet. Soak for 10 minutes or until the water turns cold. The goal is not to change the water, hoping to reduce the difficulty and increase motivation!

2. Wear socks whenever possible

Don't stress, just remember to wear socks whenever possible. This is easy to do at home, and if you go out and know you're going to be in an air-conditioned place for a long time, try to choose a pair of shoes that you can wear with socks. If possible, wear cold-repellent socks when you sleep . In my experience, this is the easiest and most direct way to keep the cold away.

3. Drink ginger water

Put dried ginger slices in hot water and soak them in a thermos cup, then you can drink it.

If you are unable to make your own ginger water every day, or if you find it troublesome, you can buy ready-made ginger tea bags at the supermarket and drink them every day. Of course, freshly made ginger water is definitely the best, but if you want to start simple, buy tea bags on the market before you are able to make it yourself.

If you are unable to do all three points, just do it according to your own interests and abilities. The most important thing is to take the first step. Let's work hard together!
