Eczema is not a skin disease

Fortunately, I learned about Pai Han and cured my eczema before it spread all over my body. However, the days when I was tormented by eczema are still vivid in my mind. The dark marks on the back of my hands always remind me that I am so grateful to have met Pai Han. I must tell everyone that these terrible experiences must be eradicated. I’ve heard it before: Eczema is not a skin disease!

I was skeptical at the time, but later I experienced it myself and believed it was true.

If you have eczema, any medication or method applied externally to the skin may provide temporary relief, but it cannot cure the eczema. If you see a dermatologist, they will usually prescribe facial cleansing creams or lotions, creams containing steroids, and other moisturizers. After applying the medicine, I found that psychological treatment was more effective than drug treatment. That is, I psychologically expected or felt that there would be improvement, but after a period of time, I found that my skin did not recover at all.

Why?

Because eczema is not a skin disease, it cannot be treated with skin medicine.

What actually is eczema?

Eczema is a toxin. The more toxins there are in the body, the more severe the eczema will be.

I once felt lost and hopeless. All the voices told me that the cause of eczema was unknown. It might be caused by stress, polluted diet, hot air, etc. There was no cure for it at the moment.

After I accidentally learned about expelling cold, it told me that the cause of eczema is that there are a lot of toxins in the body that need to be expelled, but your body does not have enough heat energy, so they cannot be expelled through normal channels, so they are forced to be excreted through the skin. This is basically your body's distress signal. If you focus on this point, eczema can be cured!

It sounded like it made sense to me who was desperate at the time, so I embarked on the journey of expelling the cold.

It took a year of expelling cold to cure my eczema. There has been no recurrence during this year and I don’t have to abstain from food at all. I am still amazed at the magical power of expelling cold. The weather has been cold recently and my old eczema has started to flare up slightly. My finger joints are cracked and have tiny marks. I am not worried at all, it is just my body telling me that there are toxins that need to be expelled. As long as I strengthen the steps to expel the cold and increase the body's heat energy, the skin problem will be solved quickly.

There are so many people around me who are troubled by eczema, so I took the trouble to write another article to share. If you have eczema or know someone who has eczema, please let him know about expelling cold.

But please note that expelling the cold is not a panacea. Everyone's physical condition and lifestyle habits are different, so the effects may not be the same. One thing is certain: expelling the cold requires persistence and determination to be successful.

Please remember that eczema is not a skin disease. Do not apply medication crazily, and do not apply steroids to the affected areas that have been scratched to the point of skin and flesh being torn. This is just digging an abyss and jumping into it. Since there is no cure, why bother fighting doctors, drugs, and even invasive treatments? It is better to use that time, which may also take years, to give your body a chance, provide it with the heat energy it needs, let it exert its innate self-healing power, and drive away the eczema demon.
