When it comes to my life, a lot of people seem to be interested.
I don't live in the countryside that you envy, leading a natural life. Nor can we simply say, "I am spending my days in warmth."
Take a half-body bath in the morning
First, the half-body bath is a morning bath. There is no way, because there is no time at night. I’ll make time for it in the morning. If you have the time, it will take 2-3 hours. When not there, it's probably about 1 to 2 hours.
After getting out of the tub, I would put on 26 pairs of socks and 4 pairs of pants. Even in the height of summer, the numbers are the same.
For the upper body, I wear a silk vest and a short-sleeved T-shirt, but when it's cold, I'll wear a three-quarter-sleeved shirt. I always stick my wrist out. As you can see in the book, the wrists are on the upper torso, so it’s best to keep them cool at all times.
After that, I eat breakfast while the washing machine is running, but I eat bread every day. I love coffee so I drink about 3 cups without adding anything thin. (The coffee is ground from beans. It’s regular beans, not organic.) For my part, drinking coffee leaves me feeling pretty dry and crisp. (It's cold, but please forgive me)
Meanwhile, it will be business hours from 10 a.m. While I was doing chores, I received a call from a customer who wanted to place an order, or a call from a customer who just wanted to read a book and talk about "getting out of the cold" instead of placing an order. Also, check your email or fax for orders. We will place an order for the out of stock items.
I often go out in the afternoon
It's almost noon when I'm busy. If I'm hungry, I eat properly, otherwise I don't eat. After noon we will mainly pack the ordered products and prepare them for shipment.
At the same time, I have to take care of my 97-year-old father, take care of the cats, go to the bank and the post office. In the evening, I went to the usual supermarket to buy dinner.
When I have to go out to buy, I drive to a wholesaler in Nagoya City. Basically I enjoy driving and it's a fun time.
Sometimes when I was giving lectures far away, it was impossible to take a shower in the morning due to lack of time, so I would take a half-body bath in the middle of the night, sleep for a short while, and then finish various chores before going out. It was a pretty tough day, but it depends on the time. This is what I do every day to "get rid of the cold". I wonder if it is helpful to you.
What do you do during your half bath?
Oh and by the way, I’m often asked “what are you doing with the half-body bath?”, I have eczema on my skin. I'll catch it. (I often sleep during this period too)
Just scrape the toxins off your skin when you take a shower . This is because the "toxins" from the skin dissolve well in hot water. At that time, I often dipped my hands in hot water, but after a while, I just had to take them out of the hot water. "Toxins" dissolved in hot water will not enter through the scratches. The "poison" emanating from the body is no longer "poison", so that's it. It seems that the skin is well made and keeps the bad stuff inside. On the contrary, the contents will be difficult to remove, so the "itching" in skin diseases is a sign of "scratching the wound".
When you take a shower, your blood flow improves, and because the "poison" dissolves easily in hot water, your body will give you a signal saying "this is your chance, so scratch it", which will make you itchy more. Please do your best. (It feels good in my experience)
Don't worry, when the "poison" decreases, the scratches will clean up and leave no marks.
I will continue to detox as much as I can.
