[Shinto Yukie's Cold-Relief Column] I have been fighting eczema for more than ten years

This summer I had a really bad eczema on the back of both of my thighs and when I scratched it my skin became tickly and keloidal. I’m still fighting, but it’s much easier.

I also have eczema on my buttocks, and the back of my thighs where it’s mostly gynecological toxins coming out. Toxins from the back of the thigh, calf, and gynecology are discharged from the buttocks, so I hope that people who have leg cramps can recognize that it is toxins being discharged. One time, the toxins from the back of my left thigh turned that part of my silk underwear brown, which was a bit scary. I've had eczema on my buttocks a few times, but it was worse and lasted longer a long time ago, so this one isn't so bad in comparison.

I have had eczema on my chest for about 10 years. Before there was like thick red and black stuff, but now it's pretty clear.

I have experienced scratching my eczema in the shower and my skin becoming flaky and stinging after a shower, and I have experienced this many times. The juices from the skin made that part of the silk tights hard instead of brown, and when the cloth was against the skin it peeled and hurt. It was hot so I was sweating and tingling. I woke up in the middle of the night itching and scratching it.

I didn't use moisturizer, but the degree of itching and pain varies from person to person, so if you have itching or pain that doesn't help, you might consider using a moisturizer. If you feel uncomfortable after use, you should stop using it. Everything is an experience. I understand that pain. Please do your best to remove toxins by "removing cold". I am also trying to "get rid of the cold".

I still have eczema all over my skin and scratch it all day long, even in the middle of the night. I have been struggling with the itching for over 10 years and it is easier now than before and I will continue to "cold".

It is said that "the itching usually starts around 3 a.m.", but from 3 a.m. to 5 a.m. is the time when the "lung" poisoning is active. Lung poison often appears on the skin, so I feel itchy around 3 o'clock.

I have a lot of other stuff coming out of my body, but I’ve always thought that having toxins and getting older is proof that I’m still alive, so I’ll keep scratching and do my best to “get the cold out.”
